Qualifications

• Personally sold more than $2 million in kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling projects during a single year
• A documented record of high-ticket residential remodeling sales
• Significant experience selling kitchen and bathroom projects in Metro Atlanta
• Experience serving affluent homeowners and clients with high expectations for design, communication, and service
• Strong knowledge of kitchen and bathroom space planning
• Experience with cabinetry, countertops, tile, plumbing fixtures, lighting, appliances, and interior finish selections
• Proficiency with 20/20 Design or comparable professional design software

• Strong knowledge of kitchen and bathroom space planning
• Ability to balance design creativity with budget, construction feasibility, scope accuracy, and gross profit

Schedule

• One to two consultations per day, five days per week
• Wednesdays include a half-day team meeting, training, and sales coaching
• Two Saturdays per month
• Evening consultations based on client availability
