Gynecologist - Women's Health & Menopause

About the Role

We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Gynecologist to join a well-established, physician-led Women's Health practice on the North Shore. This gynecology-only role focuses on full-spectrum care in the following areas:

• Perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopausal care
• Hormonal and non-hormonal management
• Uterine health, abnormal bleeding, and fibroids
• Endometriosis and pelvic pain
• Preventive and longitudinal women's health

This position does not include obstetrics, hospital call, or inpatient duties. The practice offers surgical access through community hospitals with robotic capabilities and office-based procedures such as IUDs and biopsies.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered, full-spectrum gynecologic care with a focus on midlife and menopause health
• Perform office-based procedures (e.g., IUD insertions, biopsies)
• Utilize surgical access through community hospitals, including robotic-assisted procedures
• Collaborate within a physician-led, supportive team environment
• Contribute to leadership opportunities in the growing Midlife Women's Health & Menopause Program

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Gynecology (MD or DO)
• Licensure eligibility in the state of practice
• Strong clinical and surgical gynecology experience
• Interest or certification in menopause medicine preferred
• Focus on gynecologic health and menopause care

Schedule

Monday–Friday outpatient schedule with no hospital call or inpatient duties.
