GYN Oncologist

About the Role

We are seeking a confident, robotically trained Gynecologic Oncologist to lead and develop a dedicated gynecologic oncology service line in a busy clinical setting. You will provide invasive surgical procedures and utilize robotic techniques, with experience preferred. This role involves building relationships with OB/GYN providers to grow a referral-based program.

You will manage a robust clinic with dedicated OR time, supported by an oncology nurse navigator and a full ancillary team. Minimal call duties are expected, as an oncology NP will manage the majority of calls independently. This practice focuses on women’s health, aiming to retain complex cases within the system.

Responsibilities

• Perform invasive surgical procedures, including robotic techniques
• Lead and develop a dedicated gynecologic oncology service line
• Build and maintain relationships with OB/GYN providers to grow a referral-based program
• Manage a high-volume clinic with dedicated OR time
• Participate in minimal call duties, with support from an oncology NP
• Contribute to a women’s health practice focused on retaining complex cases

Requirements

• Strong invasive surgical experience
• Comfortable working in a solo practice environment
• Robotic training preferred
• Excellent collaborative and relationship-building skills
