GYN Oncologist

About the Role

We are seeking a confident, robotically trained Gynecologic Oncologist with extensive invasive surgical experience to lead and develop a dedicated Gynecologic Oncology service line in a busy clinical setting. The role involves building strong relationships with OB/GYN providers and expanding a referral-based program to retain complex cases within the system. The candidate should be personable, collaborative, and comfortable working independently in a solo practice environment.

Responsibilities

• Building and managing the Gynecologic Oncology service line
• Providing comprehensive GYN services and invasive surgical procedures
• Participating in a minimally burdensome call structure supported by an oncology NP, hospitalists, and attendings
• Utilizing dedicated OR time and robotic training (preferred)
• Collaborating with a full ancillary team, including nurses and support staff

Requirements

• Strong invasive surgical and robotic surgery experience
• Comfort in a solo practice environment
• Ability to build referral relationships and grow the program
• Team-oriented and personable approach
