Gymnastics Instructors and coaches for Grade School and Preschool

About the role

Great part-time opening for 2-3 weekday afternoons (starting after 3:00 PM) plus 1 weekend shift every week. You’ll teach gymnastics to grade-school and preschool-age children in a fun, active environment.

Responsibilities

• Introduce kids to the serious fun of education and play within The Little Gym’s unique learning environment.
• Teach engaging classes using our proven curriculum and teaching method (training provided).
• Provide outstanding customer service and a warm membership experience—we treat our members like family.
• Create a nurturing, high-energy atmosphere where every child feels confident and excited to learn.
• Prepare and deliver lesson plans weekly while maintaining a balance of fun and focus.

Requirements

• Love working with children and enjoy being active throughout your shift.
• Ability to create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment for students.
• Enthusiasm for high-energy interactions—think high-fives, playful engagement, and role-model energy.
• Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is helpful but not required.
• Strong service mindset—you take pride in making others feel good.
• Ability to balance fun with professionalism, including lesson planning and preparation.
