Responsibilities
- Bring energy and enthusiasm to each class you teach.
- Set up your teaching area before the start of classes, clean up your area after class.
- Begin and end your classes and lessons on time.
- Demonstrate and communicate gymnastics skills and levels in the curriculum.
- Able to organize classes based on athletes' abilities.
- Convey key points about gymnastics in an articulate/age-appropriate manner to athletes.
- Be willing and able to help your teammates.
- Be prepared for each class: know your students' names and where they are in the program progression.
- Keep tidy notes about their progress that are accessible onsite.
- Complete progress reports and report cards to give valuable feedback to our customers by the designated deadlines established by the program director.
- Attend and participate in all staff meetings and in-service trainings held throughout each semester.
- Create a fun, safe, and productive environment.
- Follow class rotation schedule.
- Use positive communication with athletes, families, and co-workers.
