Gymnastics Instructor

About the role

Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we'll teach you how!). Provide an outstanding customer service experience. Keep our gym and lobby area clean and disinfected.

Responsibilities

• Party like a Rockstar and hang 'late night' with awesome kids while their parents get some adult time.
• Love celebrating kid's success. (A background in child development, physical education, gymnastics or dance helps.)
• Make others feel good. Make kids and parents feel good.
• Build relationships with kids and their families, knowing those relationships last a lifetime.
• Have fun but know when to buckle down and do work. Help kids become more confident.
• Movements all day long to get your steps in and close your activity rings.

Requirements

• Open to being a goofball and love celebrating kid's success.
• Loved by kids and parents alike.
• Voted most likely to be in a good mood by high school classmates.
• Enjoy having fun but also know when to focus.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality.
• Experience in child development, physical education, gymnastics, or dance is helpful but not required.
• Ability to maintain a positive and energetic attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new teaching methods.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage children.
• Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR.

Pay
