Introduce kids to the serious fun of education and play within The Little Gym's unique learning environment. Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method. Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating members like family.

Responsibilities

• Introduce kids to the serious fun of education and play within The Little Gym's unique learning environment.
• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating members like family.
• Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for children in each class.
• Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day – every week.

Requirements

• Love having fun, like giving high‑5’s, and can play like a child (background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics helps).
• Live to serve; making others feel good makes you feel good.
• Kids and parents alike enjoy your presence.
• Known for being in a good mood (e.g., voted most likely to be in a good mood by high school classmates).
• Enjoy having fun but know when to buckle down and get work done.

Pay

$15.00 – $17.00 per hour
