Gymnastics Instructor

About the role

We are looking for new team members to join us as PART-TIME instructors starting now and continuing into the Fall/Winter and beyond. This position is available for both Pre-K (ages 3 - 5 years) and Grade School (6 - 12 years) instructors.

Responsibilities

• Introduce kids to the serious fun of education and play, all within The Little Gym's unique learning environment.
• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we'll teach you how!).
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating our members like family.
• Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for the children in each class.
• Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day – EVERY WEEK!

Requirements

• ACTIVE instructors who are FUN, have high-energy, happy, enthusiastic team-players.
• Must be willing to learn and be coachable.
• High STAMINA and high ENTHUSIASM to move with the kids AND hold the kids through the gymnastic movements.

Qualifications

• You love having fun, like giving high 5’s, and can play like a child!
• You were voted most likely to be in a good mood by your high school classmates.
• You love to have fun, but you know when to buckle down and do work.

Skills

• You live to serve! Making others feel good makes you feel good.
• Kids really like you, but their parents really like you too.

Benefits

• Compensation: $17.30 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule

• Weekday afternoons AND one weekend day
