About the role

We are a family owned business that has experience in the franchise model. The ownership and leadership of the gym are passionate about child development and are looking for coaches that shares that passion.

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we'll teach you how!)
• Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for the Children in each class.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.
• You love having fun, like giving high 5’s, and can play like a child!
• You live to serve! Making others feel good makes you feel good.
• You could get paid to fold t-shirts or you could get paid to act like a dinosaur. The choice is yours.

Requirements

• You love children and want to make a difference in their lives.
• You are energetic, enthusiastic, and have a positive attitude.
• You are patient, caring, and able to connect with children.
• You have a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.

Qualifications

• A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is helpful but not required.
• Experience working with children is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
