About the Role

Introduce kids to the serious fun of education and play within The Little Gym's unique learning environment. You’ll teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (training provided). Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience—we treat our members like family.

Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for children in each class, treating every session as if it’s each child’s first day—every week!

Responsibilities

• Teach classes using The Little Gym’s curriculum and teaching method.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and membership experiences.
• Foster a fun, safe, and nurturing environment for children aged 4 months through 12 years.
• Engage with children and parents to build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Love for working with kids and a fun, energetic personality.
• Ability to play and engage like a child while maintaining professionalism.
• Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is helpful but not required.
• Strong customer service skills—parents and kids should enjoy interacting with you.
• Ability to balance fun with focus and hard work.
