Responsibilities

• Lead engaging gymnastics-based classes for children ages 4 months to 12 years using our proven curriculum
• Create a warm, nurturing environment where every child feels special
• Help children develop physical skills while boosting their confidence
• Maintain our high standards for safety and cleanliness
• Support special events like birthday parties and camps
• Build relationships with families that make them feel welcome and valued

Requirements

• You bring infectious enthusiasm and positive energy to everything you do
• Working with children brings out your playful side and your patience
• You're comfortable being silly (dinosaur impressions are a plus!)
• You're reliable, responsible, and take pride in delivering quality experiences
• You love being active and don't mind closing those activity rings!
• You can balance fun with maintaining appropriate boundaries

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with children in any capacity
• Background in child development, education, or recreation
• Participation in gymnastics, dance, or other physical activities
• Strong communication skills and love connecting with people

Schedule

Mix of weekday afternoons (3:30-7:00pm), mornings, and weekend shifts available. Part-time positions with potential for growth.
