About the role
The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and sports prep, plus enjoyable extras like camps, Parents’ Survival Nights and Awesome Birthday Bash parties. As part of our team you’ll join a family dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe.
Responsibilities
- Introduce kids to the serious fun of gymnastics and play, all within The Little Gym's unique learning environment.
- Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we’ll teach you how!).
- Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience; treat members like family.
- Create a warm, fun, and educational environment for the children in each class.
- Treat each class and each child as if it’s their first day – every week.
Requirements
- Love having fun, enjoy giving high‑5’s, and can play like a child (background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics helps).
- Live to serve – making others feel good makes you feel good.
- Kids and their parents enjoy your presence.
- Known for a positive attitude (e.g., voted most likely to be in a good mood in high school).
- Able to balance fun with getting work done when needed.

Pay
$14.00 - $17.00 per hour
All associated locations are independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
