What You'll Do As a GForce Coach, you'll help kids build skills, confidence, strength, and a love for fitness—all while creating a safe and fun environment. You Will Coach gymnastics and/or parkour for ages walking & up while following GForce lesson plansCreate a positive and encouraging experience for every childFollow safety procedures, policies, and emergency plansMaintain a clean, organized, and safe gymGreet and communicate positively with students, parents, and teammatesPromote and support other GForce programs such as camps, events, birthday parties and afterschool careBe ready to jump in and help wherever the gym needs youHave Fun Availability Requirements Preferred availability: Weekday mornings/afternoons/evenings: Shifts vary between 9:00 AM–8:00 PMSaturdays: 8:00 AM–2:00 PMFridays, Saturdays, and Sundays as needed for special events This is a flexible, part-time position. Schedules may vary based on the needs of the gym, availability, and coaching performance. USAG, CPR/First Aid Certification are required prior to employment and must remain up to date throughout employment.
