About the role

The Little Gym is seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. You will be responsible for teaching classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method, providing outstanding customer service, and hosting parties for kids while their parents enjoy adult time.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes based on our curriculum and teaching method
• Provide excellent customer service and member experience
• Host parties and interact with kids and their parents
• Engage with kids in a fun and playful manner
• Build positive relationships with both kids and parents
• Ensure kids leave classes feeling more confident
• Maintain a fun and engaging environment while completing necessary tasks
• Participate in community events and activities

Requirements

• Open to being a goofball and love giving high 5’s
• Experience in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is helpful
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and enthusiasm
• Positive relationship-building skills
• Ability to adapt to different age groups and personalities
