Instructor for Gymnastics Classes

The Little Gym is seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as instructors. This is a fun and rewarding opportunity to make a difference in children's lives.

About the Role

Join a family of dedicated professionals committed to nurturing the growth and development of children through movement-based learning and imaginative play.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun, safe, and encouraging environment for children to build confidence and skills
• Teach engaging classes for children ages 4 months to 12 years using The Little Gym’s proven curriculum and teaching method
• Lead classes, birthday parties, and other gym activities with energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm
• Help children learn through movement, play, and purposeful instruction
• Build a positive relationship with both children and parents

Requirements

• A genuine love of working with children
• A bubbly, outgoing personality and strong communication skills
• A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic
• Experience with children is a big plus (teaching, coaching, camps, daycare, nannying, child development, OT, etc.)
• Gymnastics, dance, cheer, fitness, athletics, martial arts, or related experience is helpful, but not required
• Availability for a consistent weekly schedule
• Ability to pass a background check

Schedule

Morning shifts: 8:30 AM–12:30 PM
Evening shifts: 4:00 PM–7:00 PM
Weekend classes and birthday parties as needed
