About the role

The Little Gym is seeking enthusiastic and experienced individuals to join our team. You will be responsible for teaching classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method, providing outstanding customer service, and engaging with families.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes based on our curriculum and teaching method
• Provide exceptional customer service and member experience
• Host parties and interact with children and parents
• Engage in playful interactions and give high fives
• Build positive relationships with children and families
• Ensure kids leave classes more confident than when they arrived
• Participate in fun activities while maintaining professionalism
• Enjoy working with children from 4 months to 12 years old

Requirements

• Open to being a goofball and giving high fives
• Love serving others and seeing them feel good
• Experience in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is helpful
• Ability to make others feel good while enjoying the job
• Positive attitude and ability to adapt to different situations
• Ability to motivate children to be more confident and skilled
