Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Handle customer inquiries and provide product recommendations
• Assist with training new employees on product knowledge and usage
• Participate in regular performance evaluations and professional development activities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
• Basic computer skills including internet navigation and email
