Gym Director Falls Church and Arlington

About the role

The Gym Director is a full-time career-level position responsible for the overall performance of The Little Gym locations in Arlington and Falls Church. This role reports directly to the General Manager of a specific location.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method
• Lead a team in providing outstanding customer service and membership experience
• Manage day-to-day operations
• Hire, manage, and oversee the training of staff
• Maintain facility and equipment
• Sell The Little Gym program to new customers

Qualifications

• A background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics is a plus
• Customer service experience
• Management experience
• Excellent time management skills
• Great attitude and strong work eth work ethic
• Love to have fun and find joy in making others smile

Pay

$65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
