The Little Gym is seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can inspire confidence and joy in children.

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we'll teach you how!)
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating members like family
• Work with your staff to be their best selves and teach the best classes
• Inspire cleanliness and make the gym a home away from home
• Excite and invite new customers to join The Little Gym family
• Be a goofball and give high 5s
• Liveliness and positivity, with the ability to balance fun with work
• Help kids gain confidence and develop skills through movement-based learning and imaginative play
• Engage in various activities throughout the day, including folding t-shirts and acting like a dinosaur

Requirements

• Totally open to being a goofball and love giving high 5s
• Lovely with children and their parents
• Voted most likely to be in a good mood by high school classmates
• Love to have fun but know when to focus on work
• Help kids walk out of classes more confident than when they came in
• Enjoy working with children aged 4 months to 12 years

Qualifications

• A background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is helpful

Schedule

Hours vary depending on location and position, but typically range from 8 hours per day to 40 hours per week.
