GW QA Specialist
Job Summary
The Gateway Quality Analyst Specialist plays a critical role in driving operational excellence across the department by monitoring team performance, enforcing compliance standards, and transforming raw operational data into actionable insights.
Duties/Responsibilities
Performance Monitoring & Visualization: Design, build, and maintain dashboards and visualizations in JIRA and Power BI to track department-wide KPIs and individual team performance metrics.
Develop JIRA filters, boards, and dashboard gadgets to provide real-time operational visibility for department leadership.
Present data-driven summaries and trend analyses to support management decision-making.
Process Improvement & Compliance: Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and recommend actionable process improvements with supporting data.
Develop and maintain visualizations for inventory management tracking and reporting.
Ensure operational activities comply with internal policies, SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Audit user activity and data entry consistency across platforms to enforce quality standards.
Training & Quality Assurance: Monitor and administer the organization's learning management system (Moodle), ensuring training completion and certification compliance across the team.
Build and distribute training compliance reports and escalate non-compliance to management.
Conduct periodic QA sample audits and testing of workflows, work orders, and data records to identify gaps, errors, or deviations from standard practice.
Documentation & Standardization: Author and maintain Method of Procedure (MOP) templates for facilities infrastructure improvements, maintenance activities, and repairs to standardize inputs and ensure consistency.
Support the development and lifecycle management of work order and process management documentation.
Lead the creation and review of Gateway commissioning documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with operational standards prior to site acceptance.
Systems & Workflow Management: Serve as a power user and internal resource for operational platforms including JIRA, Moodle, PagerDuty, Power BI, Grafana, and NetSuite.
Support workflow design and work order management processes, ensuring tasks are tracked, closed, and documented appropriately.
Cross-functional Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline handoffs and reduce process friction.

Preferred
Power BI, Grafana, NetSuite, PagerDuty, Moodle (or equivalent LMS)
Demonstrated ability to build operational dashboards and reports from raw data.
Familiarity with facilities or infrastructure operations documentation (MOPs, SOPs, work orders) is a strong plus.
Education, Experience, And Licenses/Certifications
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
2–4 years of experience in a quality analyst, operations compliance coordinator, or similar role.

Ability to sit at a desk for prolonged periods working on a computer (4 to 8 hours).
Ability to operate the equipment used for the job.
