GVP & Global GM, Oracle Services

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver global ORACLE Services revenue targets, including renewals and new client acquisition
• Develop and implement global sales strategies to drive pipeline growth and market share
• Partner with regional GMs and Sales Leadership for cohesive execution and customer success
• Oversee global ORACLE Support renewals performance for high retention rates
• Drive new logo acquisition and expansion in ORACLE Support and Consulting services
• Maintain accurate forecasting and performance tracking aligned to Operating Plan
• Lead and mentor a global team, fostering accountability and collaboration

Qualifications

• 20+ years in enterprise software sales with a focus on ORACLE services
• Proven success in exceeding multi-million-dollar global revenue targets
• Deep understanding of ORACLE Support, AMS, and Consulting business models
• Experience managing global teams with cross-regional alignment
• Strategic thinker with operational rigor and execution discipline
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, matrixed environments
