GVP, Global Product Development

About the role

This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Product Development organization to support growth objectives
• Own development execution, productization, and lifecycle management of the product portfolio
• Serve as the executive owner for transitioning new products into production operations
• Establish governance and investment strategies for development resource allocation
• Partner with executives and teams to align development priorities with market opportunities
• Oversee portfolio planning, workforce strategy, and budget management for the organization
• Establish key performance indicators and governance processes to improve product delivery

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in enterprise software development or related fields
• Proven success in leading global, multi-functional teams and achieving business outcomes
• Experience in bringing enterprise software products from concept to commercialization
• Track record of managing product development portfolios, including regulatory and enhancement initiatives
• Demonstrated experience in driving innovation and operational excellence in a global environment

Location

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Pay

$260,000 – $390,000 annually
