Gum Recovery Worker - Pitman days ( $1,500 Sign on Bonus)

Shift Schedule: Pitman Days (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM) – 2 nights on, 2 nights off, 3 nights on, 2 nights off, 2 nights on, 3 nights off.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing experience
• Ability to lift 60 pounds
• Ability to quickly respond and troubleshoot
• Computer literate with ability to enter, record, maintain, and retrieve information in a computer-based data collection system (Weever)

Preferred Skills

• Food manufacturing experience and knowledge of food safety
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices
• Forklift certified

Responsibilities

• Run gum recovery department
• Operate a stand-up forklift
• Maintain material accountability
• Support Area Lead with all activities associated with the supply department
• Communicate with line and Production Leads/Production Coordinators to ensure materials are replenished in a timely manner
• Cross-train with other Material Handler positions
• Uphold quality and food safety standards as a responsibility shared by all site associates

Pay

Base pay range at commencement of employment: USD 20.72 – USD 28.49 (varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience). Total compensation package includes variable pay.
