Guidewire Migration Analyst

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business needs for data migration working with stakeholders to understand data usage and business processes
• Analyze source and target data to identify discrepancies, quality issues, and data integrity problems
• Create detailed data mapping specifications outlining how data will be transformed and transferred from the source system to the target system
• Develop and contribute to the data migration strategy, risk assessments, migration plans, and quality testing strategies
• Work closely with IT teams, developers, subject matter experts, and business users to ensure effective planning and execution
• Create and maintain project documentation including functional and technical specifications, test reports, and training materials
• Recommend and implement improvements to the data migration process and data integrity standards
• Communicate project status, risks, and progress to all relevant stakeholders

Requirements

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail for identifying and resolving data issues
• Data management proficiency in SQL and experience working with databases
• Ability to understand and document business processes affected by data migration

Qualifications

• Experience handling Guidewire Policy Migration
• Experience with Property and Casualty Insurance data migration
• Familiarity with ETL process using IDMC tool
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams
• Knowledge of Policy Migration Tool PMT
• Understanding of GW Data Model relationships

Pay

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $103,330 to $128,656.

Schedule

The schedule for this role is Onsite, hybrid.
