Job Description
Lead and mentor a team of Guidewire developers; ensure timely and quality delivery.
Design, configure, and customize Guidewire (PolicyCenter) modules.
Develop business rules, workflows, and UI using Gosu & Guidewire Studio.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices and standards.
Manage integrations with external systems (APIs, messaging, etc.).
Support testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system performance.
Maintain documentation and participate in Agile/Scrum activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 8+ years of Guidewire configuration/customization experience
- Hands-on with PolicyCenter (BillingCenter/ClaimCenter preferred)
- Proven experience leading teams and delivering Guidewire projects
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience
Pay
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $125,000 - $145,000/Annum
