About the Role
The Guide Transformation Analyst, AI & Governance will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and implementation of AI and governance strategies within the organization. This position requires a deep understanding of AI technologies, governance frameworks, and the ability to guide teams through transformative processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, efficiency, and innovation in AI-driven initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI governance frameworks to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation.
- Analyze current processes and recommend AI solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and training to teams on AI tools and governance practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for leadership on AI and governance strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in AI technologies and governance frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in project management and change management is a plus.

Pay
Pay Range: $50–$55 per hour. The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
