Guide Transformation Analyst

About the role

This is a fully on-site position located in McLean, VA or Plano, TX. The job type is Contract to Perm, with a salary of $30 - 40 per hour and work hours of 9am to 5pm. A Bachelor's degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Guide Governance & BAU: Review monthly Guide publications, analyze changes, maintain governance tracking and documentation, and support publication readiness reviews.
• Guide Governance Mapping: Maintain and update governance mapping inventories, analyze published Guide changes, and validate references for accuracy.
• FAQ Governance & Content Management: Conduct governance reviews, validate Guide citations, identify duplicate or outdated content, and recommend optimization actions.
• FAQ Creation & Content Analysis: Identify FAQ opportunities, draft and maintain FAQ content, and analyze content performance metrics.
• Artificial Intelligence, Automation & Innovation: Utilize Generative AI and AI-powered tools to support FAQ governance, Guide governance, and content analysis.
• Digital Guide Quality Control & Optimization: Perform quality reviews, validate Guide content, and identify opportunities to improve content structure and customer comprehension.
• Analytics, Reporting & Customer Insights: Analyze customer feedback, Guide interaction data, and operational metrics to support data-driven prioritization decisions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to communicate and implement Guide-related changes and support enterprise content modernization objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting governance, compliance, content management, or policy-related functions.
• Experience with SharePoint, content management systems, or knowledge management platforms.
• Experience utilizing Generative AI solutions and creating, testing, or optimizing prompts for business processes.
• Familiarity with AI governance, Responsible AI practices, and validation methodologies.
