What You Will Do
- Provide students with the tools and support they need to succeed in school and beyond.
- Develop graduation and career plans.
- Offer individual and group counseling.
- Prepare students for employment or post-secondary education.
- Work closely with case managers, families, and community partners.
- Guide students through transitions.
- Facilitate job readiness and life skills programs.
- Act as a mentor and positive role model every step of the way.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of a Master's Degree.
- Possess current licensure in the state of Arkansas for Guidance & Counseling.
- Case Management experience.
- Prior experience dealing with juvenile placement agencies.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test.
- Pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry.
Pay and Benefits
