About the role
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive guidance to students on academic, career, and abroad study opportunities, assist with documentation and application processes, and maintain detailed student records.Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding academic, career, and abroad study opportunities.
- Guide students in selecting suitable courses, institutions, and career pathways.
- Aid students with documentation, application preparation, SOP writing, and visa processing.
- Maintain accurate information about admission requirements and application procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth documentation and application processing.
- Support students throughout the counseling and application journey.
Requirements
- Strong counseling and student guidance skills.
- Good knowledge of SOP writing and visa processing.
- Understanding of abroad study counseling and career counseling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong documentation and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer and office documentation skills.
- TITI certification is preferred.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant discipline.
- At least 1 year of related experience in counseling, documentation, education consultancy, or student services.
- Prior experience in abroad study counseling is an added advantage.
