Guest Shuttle Driver - Part Time, Winter 26/27
About the role
Join our team of big mountain adventurers at the largest ski resort in Washington! We are looking for a Guest Shuttle Driver to transport guests safely and efficiently between parking areas and the resort base using resort-provided buses.
Responsibilities
- Perform a daily pre/post trip inspection on the truck/trailer assigned to you
- Complete level 1 maintenance on the vehicle such as replenishing oil, windshield wiper fluid, broken chains, and fuel when needed
- Obey the posted speed limit inside the Crystal Mountain Ski parking lots
- Arrive to each shuttle collection point prior to a scheduled departure time
- Manage passenger behavior for the safety of others and Crystal Mountain shuttle property while in transport
- Assure that all passengers are safely loaded, seated, and all items are secured either with the passenger or trailer prior to any departures
- Adhere to the passenger and load capacity for each shuttle trailer
- Convey passengers to and from predetermined pick up and drop off locations from each parking lot within the Crystal Mountain Ski Resort boundary
- Communicate with your supervisor on departure times to avoid parking lot backups
- Attend required safety meeting and or training as needed
- Engage with customers and have working knowledge of the area
- Report general or driver related incidents to your supervisor or Parking/Transportation Manager
Requirements
- Must have valid CDL with a Class B endorsement
- Must have experience driving in the snow, ice and extreme weather conditions
- Must be organized, punctual, and reliable with a positive attitude
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must be able to get in and out of shuttle multiple times a day
- Must know how to operate 4x4 vehicle with trailer in very tight road conditions
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
This position is required to work day, evenings, weekends and holidays while in operation. The ability to drive in all types of weather conditions, adapt to daily route changes, and conduct level 1 maintenance on a vehicle is necessary. The physical demands of the job include lifting, carrying, or otherwise moving and positioning a minimum of 20 pounds on an occasional basis, as well as working for extended periods of time sitting, bending, reaching, and speaking on a constant basis.

Pay
The wage range for this position is $28.00 - 30.00 DOE, with a sign-on bonus of $500 payable upon successful completion of the winter season.
