About the role
Lumen Field and Event Center is a world-class sports and entertainment venue hosting various events such as NFL's Seattle Seahawks, MLS's Seattle Sounders FC, and premier concerts. First & Goal Inc. operates the stadium since its construction in 2002.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide directions
- Provide customer service and problem resolution
- Uphold company policies to ensure guest safety and satisfaction
- Make quick and efficient decisions while maintaining professionalism
- On the job training is provided

Minimum requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Must have continual reliable access to email and a computer/smartphone to update availability, check schedules and read event information
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time (unless physically unable to stand)
- Ability to walk up and down stairs and maintain balance while assisting guests
- Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors which can be subject to inclement weather
- Open availability to work nights, weekends and holidays as dictated by the event schedule
- Shifts range between 4 – 8 hours on average
- This role is represented by Teamsters 117 and union membership is required upon hire
