GUEST SERVICES TEAM MEMBER (FT OR PT)

Key Responsibilities

• Take spa, lodging, and restaurant reservations across three software platforms
• Tailor each experience to our guests’ needs, from their first phone call to their next visit
• Process payments efficiently and accurately
• Attend to guest needs with joy and compassion

Requirements

• Basic computer proficiency
• Efficiency and accuracy in payment processing
• Able to commit to at least one regular night and/or weekend shift

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing for hours at a time
• Frequent walking short distances
• To walk up and down stairs and over uneven terrain
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards
• Ability to lift and carry small parcels, packages and other items
