Key Responsibilities

  • Personally conduct Sample Sessions and convert them into training agreements and memberships.
  • Execute membership appointments and close new membership sales.
  • Coach location team members on the membership and premium service sales process.
  • Work with sales specialists and team members to manage schedules effectively, support floor efforts, and add new clients and members.
  • Ensure fast, professional follow-up on leads, inquiries, and prospective members.
  • Track, report, and improve key sales metrics, including new memberships, training agreements, and conversion rates.
  • Participate in daily and weekly meetings to review performance, coach priorities, and align on sales goals.
  • Partner with department managers to align strategies, resources, and guest experience standards.
  • Represent Midwest Shooting Center with professionalism, hospitality, and a customer-first attitude.

What Success Looks Like

  • High conversion from Sample Sessions into Gross Training Sales (GTS).
  • Consistent achievement or overachievement of sales and service targets.
  • Guests become long-term members and training clients through excellent first impressions and follow-up.
  • Predictable membership and training growth for the location.
  • Strong team alignment around membership conversion, premium services, and the Midwest Shooting Center guest experience.

Skills & Traits Needed

  • Strong sales ability, especially in one-on-one Sample Sessions and membership conversations.
  • Ability to coach, support, and develop other team members.
  • Organized and disciplined in tracking sales activity, follow-up, and performance metrics.
  • Positive, customer-first attitude with high energy and professionalism.
  • Comfort leading from the front and setting the standard for guest engagement.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Metrics You’ll Be Measured On

  • Individual Gross Training Sales (GTS) from Sample Sessions.
  • Location total Gross Training Sales (GTS) from Sample Sessions.
  • New memberships sold.
  • Location membership conversion.
