Guest Services Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Luggage Assistance: Provide courteous and efficient support with guest arrivals, departures, and luggage handling.
  • Concierge Services: Assist guests with amenity requests, local recommendations, and general inquiries to enhance their stay.
  • Guest Communication: Manage guest interactions before, during, and after their stay, including: Guest surveys and feedback review, Pre-arrival communication, We Care Log follow-up, Post-stay outreach, Room Deliveries, Front Desk Support.
  • Hotsos Monitoring: Track service orders and ensure prompt follow-up on guest needs.
  • ECA App Oversight: Monitor and respond to guest-related updates within the ECA app as needed.
  • Lobby Liaison: Maintain an active presence in the lobby to greet guests, anticipate needs, and support overall guest engagement.

Requirements

  • Weekend availability required
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to, pull, push, and/or carry up to 50lbs
  • Must have physical stamina to tolerate moderate amounts of walking
