Responsibilities
- Delivering world class customer service and functions as the guests’ liaison to all services within the designated BayCare Health System’s hospital and the surrounding community
- Must possess advanced computer skills
- Become proficient in all the following, as required: reception, registration and check-in, visitor management, waiting room management, document management, environment of care and emergency response
- This role is hospitality-focused and critical to support a positive experience for each guest
Required Specific Skills
- Self-motivated team-player with 1-year of demonstrable success in a high stress, fast-paced work environment
- Must successfully complete OLC training modules as assigned within 12 months
Required Experience
- 1 year Related field and 2 years Customer Service
Qualifications
- HS Graduate or Equivalent GED required
