Responsibilities

  • Delivering world class customer service and functions as the guests’ liaison to all services within the designated BayCare Health System’s hospital and the surrounding community
  • Must possess advanced computer skills
  • Become proficient in all the following, as required: reception, registration and check-in, visitor management, waiting room management, document management, environment of care and emergency response
  • This role is hospitality-focused and critical to support a positive experience for each guest

Required Specific Skills

  • Self-motivated team-player with 1-year of demonstrable success in a high stress, fast-paced work environment
  • Must successfully complete OLC training modules as assigned within 12 months

Required Experience

  • 1 year Related field and 2 years Customer Service

Qualifications

  • HS Graduate or Equivalent GED required
