About the role
As a Guest Services Specialist 1, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to visitors and families at our facility. You will assist in managing visitor flow, ensuring a welcoming environment, and addressing any concerns or questions that arise.Responsibilities
- Assist visitors and families in finding their way around the facility.
- Provide information about visiting hours, events, and available services.
- Handle inquiries regarding facility rules and regulations.
- Manage visitor flow to ensure smooth operations.
- Address any concerns or issues promptly and courteously.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of funeral industry practices and procedures is a plus.
