Guest Services Representative

• Work in a team environment and interact with others in a professional manner
• Absorb guests with ticketing, season passes, and various park products
• Absorb season pass members with rewards, benefits, and park perks
• Book reservations, parade viewing, and park experiences for guests
• Resolve issues with guest pass member account(s), reservations, and purchases
• Answer guest questions and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
• Communicate with other departments to address guest feedback or concerns
• Demonstrate excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Demonstrate excellent guest service techniques
• Maintain daily paperwork and inform leadership of guest trends/IT Issues
• Enroll guests in RAP and Special Access
• Inform Guests on RAP and Special Access guidelines

What It Takes To Succeed

• Be at least 16 years old
• Have minimum two (2) months experience as a Guest Arrival Ambassador with no significant performance deficiencies
• Be comfortable working with large crowds in a fast-paced environment
• Be prepared to work in all areas of guest arrival as team members are rotated daily
• Have excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
• Have basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Window’s operating system
• Have strong comprehensive and communication skills
• Be able to stand and walk in extreme weather conditions for prolonged periods of time
• Be able to process monetary transactions and accurately use a register
• Be able to multitask while maintaining a positive attitude to ensure excellent guest service
• Be willing to comply with and ensure team members comply with all SEA grooming guidelines and employment standards
