Guest Services Representative
Responsibilities
- Greet and register all guests, visitors, and vendors in accordance with established procedures.
- Aid clients, residents, staff, and community members in locating departments and services.
- Maintain a respectful demeanor in every interaction with internal or external guests.
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and issue identification as required.
- Communicate infection prevention updates and facility guidelines.
- Provide directions for anywhere on campus as needed.
- Answer and route incoming calls promptly and courteously using a multi-line phone system.
- Rely accurate messages and voicemails to appropriate staff.
- Receive and arrange for delivery or pick-up of items for residents and staff.
- Provide general information about the organization and available services.
- Overcome communication or language barriers using available tools and resources.
- Contact Security, Environmental Services, or Facilities Management for assistance when necessary.
- Adhere to schedule work hours with regular and predictable attendance.
- Complete all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 16 years of age or older
- More than 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be able to hear and communicate effectively in person and over the phone
Preferred
- Knowledge of switchboard, phone systems and computer systems

Pay and Schedule
- Starting pay range: $15.18 - $16.53 based on experience
- Hours: 7:00am – 3:00pm, including weekends
