About The Role

The Guest Services Representative at Holidays Travel Cia Ltda. supports day-to-day work across international travel advisory, reservations, ticketing, itinerary coordination, and traveler support. In this position, you will provide responsive guest and traveler support before, during, and after planned services while working with the records, systems, and teams used by Holidays Travel Cia Ltda.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions from travelers and travel clients about confirmed services, schedules, documentation, and next steps.
• Review guest or traveler records before responding so information is accurate and current.
• Coordinate routine requests, preferences, and service changes with the appropriate internal or supplier contact.
• Document each interaction and follow up on open items until the requested action is confirmed.
• Resolve routine service concerns professionally and escalate exceptions that require additional authority.
• Share recurring guest questions and service feedback that can improve travel planning and reservation service communication for Holidays Travel Cia Ltda.

Requirements

• Experience in travel, reservations, customer service, hospitality, or administrative support is preferred.
• Strong written communication and careful attention to names, dates, prices, and booking details.
• Comfort learning reservation, CRM, supplier, and web-based travel systems.
• Reliable internet access and a quiet, secure workspace suitable for handling business information in a remote-work environment.
• Ability to complete a pre-employment background check.

Pay

Base salary: $47,500 - $54,500 per year
