Guest Services/Outside Staff Attendant

About the role

Champion Hills Club in Hendersonville, NC is seeking a Part‑Time Guest Services / Outside Staff Attendant to join a fast‑paced, hospitality‑focused property organization. The position is hourly and part‑time, with a focus on customer service and support of golf operations.

Compensation

$12.50 hourly

Schedule

This part‑time role offers between 10–35 hours per week, varying by season and availability. Work may include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Golf Carts: Greet members and guests on arrival and departure; prepare carts for opening and closing, including cleaning, storage, and daily battery charging; provide directions and course information; replenish supplies such as scorecards, pencils, tees, water, ice, and divot sand; keep workspaces neat and clean; perform other duties assigned by Golf Professional staff; assist with special tournament needs.
• Practice Facility: Pick up, clean, and restock range balls throughout the day; keep practice greens and bunkers clear of balls; pick up trash and maintain overall cleanliness as needed.

• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Friendly and personable with a willingness to engage with others.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with management.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Availability to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Capacity to withstand exposure to heat, cold, and outdoor elements.
