Guest Services / Outside Staff Attendant

Champion Hills Club, located in Hendersonville, NC, is seeking a driven individual for a part-time Guest Services / Outside Staff Attendant role within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members and guests upon arrival and departure.
• Prepare golf carts for opening and closing of day, including cleaning, storage, and daily charging of golf cart batteries.
• Provide players with directions and course information.
• Replenish supplies including scorecards, pencils, tees, water, ice, and divot sand.
• Maintain cleanliness of all workspaces.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by Golf Professional staff.
• Assist Golf Professional staff with special tournament needs.
• Pick up, clean, and restock range balls throughout the day at the practice facility.
• Keep practice greens and bunkers clear of balls.
• Pick up trash and maintain cleanliness as needed.

This is a part-time, hourly position with 10-35 hours per week, depending on the time of year and your availability.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.
• Available to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Able to withstand exposure to heat, cold, and elements of nature.

• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Friendly and personable with a willingness to engage with others.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with management.
