- Audit Like a Boss: Prepare the night audit package and reports with precision and care.
- Tech-Savvy Superstar: Show off your strong computer skills and eagerness to learn new systems.
- Issue Resolution Guru: Handle guest concerns with poise, ensuring satisfaction while keeping our goals in mind.
- Communication Champion: Relay important info to various departments like a pro.
- Guest Advocate: Be the go-to person for guests’ needs, offering help with a smile.
- Stay in the Loop: Keep an eye on guest service scores and contribute to our success.
- Meetings & Training: Attend mandatory meetings and complete all training on time!
What You’ll Need:
- Previous Front Desk experience is a plus!
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience that shines.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- A willingness to embrace overnight shifts and work independently.
- Stellar written and communication skills; bonus points for additional languages!
