Join the team at The Westin Jekyll Island Beach Resort as a Full-Time Night Auditor and become an essential part of delivering exceptional guest experiences at one of Georgia's premier beachfront destinations.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and assist late-night arrivals and early-morning departures
• Provide exceptional service and respond to guest requests with professionalism and care
• Handle guest concerns and help create a seamless stay experience
• Complete nightly audit procedures and balance daily financial transactions
• Prepare reports and ensure operational accuracy for the next business day
• Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment throughout the night

What We're Looking For

• A dependable, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working independently and takes pride in providing outstanding guest service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• The ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• A self-motivated, problem-solving mindset
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Previous hotel, front desk, or customer service experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important
