Guest Services Driver

About the role

The team at Margaritaville Lake Resort is here to create and deliver fun and escapism for our guests, and our Guest Services team provide a first and lasting impression with their warm welcome and helpful attitude.

Responsibilities

• Escort incoming guests to rooms.
• Assist guests with luggage.
• Inspect guest room to ensure that it is in order, and that supplies are adequate.
• Explain features of room such as operation of radio, television, in-room movie system, etc.
• Offer information pertaining to available hotel services, points of interest, and entertainment attractions.
• Deliver messages and run errands.
• Transport guests about property on van or golf cart.
• Deliver packages, suitcases, and trunks.
• Respond to and resolve guest requests, complaints, or questions in a courteous and timely manner.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE A CLASS E DRIVER’S LICENSE
• Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of the English language to effectively communicate with guests, associates, and vendors.
• Ability to accurately report information.
• Ability to scrupulously follow all Driftwood and hotel policies and procedures.
• Expresses ideas and conveys information clearly, effectively, and professionally.
• Actively listens to others.
