About the Role
The Guest Services Coordinator acts as the primary visitation representative for hospital patients, empathizing with patients and their family. This position is responsible for proactively managing any identified concerns, promoting teamwork, relationship building, and fostering a positive patient care atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary visitation representative for hospital patients and their families.
- Proactively manage and address patient and family concerns.
- Promote teamwork and relationship building within the hospital environment.
- Foster a positive patient care atmosphere.
- Travel among hospital sites as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to read and communicate in the English language.
- High school graduate or equivalent (preferred).
- College experience or higher education (preferred).
- 3–5 years of prior customer service experience.
- People-oriented, personable, and friendly demeanor.
- Organized, able to handle multiple tasks, and flexible.
Pay
$17.00 to $21.89 hourly. The actual hiring rate will be determined based on candidate experience, skills, and qualifications.
Schedule
11:30 AM – 8:00 PM, rotating days, including weekends.
