Responsibilities
As a Guest Services Aide, you are instrumental in providing non-nursing related care to our residents. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Nora Springs Care Center.
- Answering resident call lights
- Attending to residents’ non‑nursing related needs
- Ensuring resident rooms are clean and sanitized
- Changing linens
- Distributing resident meals
- Assisting clinical staff
Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR certification
- One year of experience in a customer service role (preferred)
