Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests with a warm and engaging demeanor
• Assisting with luggage unloading and room check-ins
• Providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions
• Working with other attendants to ensure a personalized guest experience
• Ensuring the lobby area is clean and organized
• Standing for the duration of the shift, including weekends and holidays

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a customer service role with high guest interaction
• A valid drivers license with no major infractions within the last six months
• Ability to solve problems and work in a team environment
• Pleasant and helpful personality
• Outgoing and engaging personality
• Excellent verbal communication skills
