Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and students in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage incoming calls and inquiries, providing detailed information about programs and services
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for beauty services and other university offerings
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and communications
• Address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences
• Aid with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or a guest-facing role is preferred
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests
• Excellent organizational abilities with a knack for multitasking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is advantageous
• A friendly demeanor and positive attitude focused on guest satisfaction
• Flexible availability to cover various shifts as needed, including weekdays and weekends

Pay

The expected salary range for this position is between $15.00 and $16.20/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
