About the Role

Hyatt Place Post Falls, managed by Northwest x Southern Hospitality, is hiring a Guest Service Representative (Front Desk Clerk). Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction through check-in and check-out processes.
• Coordinate hotel services to meet guest needs.
• Serve as the primary contact for guests throughout their stay.
• Answer questions, resolve issues, and collaborate with hotel staff to enhance guest experiences.
• Multitask in a fast-paced environment to ensure a smooth and pleasant stay for guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous hotel, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Availability for up to 40 hours per week, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Weekend availability is required.
